The Lincoln middle school band is filled with fun quirky 6th 7th and 8th graders tasked with the job of Playing music, marching, marching and playing music, playing music while sitting down, playing music while standing up, and hard music, playing easy music, doing assignments, and play music more. There are 2 separate bands in Lincoln middle school. The first one is the 6th grade band and the second is filled with the 7th and 8th graders tasked with the more difficult music to learn and play. Almost every year the Lincoln Middle School 7th and 8th grade band led by their instructor Mr. Haun march in upcoming parades like the Halloween parade or veterans day parade and play in spring Christmas and we play for the school in front of the flag some time, also play in basket ball games and cheer on the home team. the 6th grade band doesn't do all that much until they reach 7th grade. they play in all the same concerts as the 7th and 8th grade band does but that is typically it. The Lincoln middle school band also has a jazz band for the students who wish to play harder music. this is typically filled with  with all grades from 6th to 8th however it is a much smaller band because people don't want to stay after school on Thursdays because their lazy. Some Students choose to do a solo or are selected by Mr. Haun to play in a special band on the weekend for a week at liberty.
